This number was most likely from a lighted sign like at a gas station or a store Perfect for a wedding or family photo. The letters are translucent heavy flexible green plexiglass with lovely clear numbering on them.
The these are new old stock of these numbers and most still have a protective film on the front that can be removed. Aside from maybe some very minor surface scratches these are mint!
It measures aprox 14.5" tall and approx 8" wide.
